Originally from Northeast Alabama, Jerri grew up spending time each year on the Emerald Coast at her family's vacation home. After living in Texas in the 1980's, Jerri moved to Destin in 1990. With an accounting background, Jerri first worked with Willee onsite at The Neighborhood of Caribe as the bookkeeper & office manager, where they forged not only a lasting friendship, but also a comfortable working rapport. Moving to Hidden Dunes Beach & Tennis Resort in 1993 as the corporate bookkeeper, Jerri was promoted over the years in various positions, eventually becoming the Vice President/Treasurer of Resorts Realty Group, the onsite management & development company for the resort. She also acted as the Vice President/Treasurer for the developments of Grand Harbor in Destin and Grand Dunes in Miramar Beach.
Tiring of the 24/7/365 demands of the rental industry around the same time that Willee had built so much success that she needed assistance, the two joined forces again in early 2001. The result has been phenomenal, with Team Paradise consistently ranking on top in sales each year, not only within Beach Realty, but also within the entire worldwide Century 21 organization.
A REALTOR/Broker Associate, Jerri is also a Licensed Community Association Manager. Her knowledge & experience in marketing, resort developments, rentals and both home & condominium owner associations only enhances the success she's enjoyed in real estate sales.
Jerri & husband, Tom, live in a small house they designed & built themselves, nestled in the woods on Turtle Creek in Santa Rosa Beach. They are parents to two dogs & two cats, and immensely enjoy the casual, laid back lifestyle of the coast.
